Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (unless faulty)

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions and an RMA number.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund it at no cost.
